Video games let us live out our darkest fantasies, and not just the kind filled with dragons, nukes, and expensive cars. Developers have made so many BDSM games over the years, touching on everything from queer bondage to dominant/submissive scenes that let players live out their most sadistic fantasies.

While there’s a ton of BDSM games out there, some just aren’t worth your time (and money). We’ve gone ahead and picked out the best of the best, whether for newcomers to kink, VR porn aficionados, or erotic roleplayers that just want to make more friends. When it comes to BDSM games, these titles are in a league of their own.

Best queer BDSM game: Ladykiller in a Bind

Christine Love’s Ladykiller in a Bind is one of the best adult video games available on Steam. It’s also one of the best queer kink games around too. Whether you’re a lesbian or bisexual, pansexual, or questioning, there’s a lot to love when it comes to Ladykiller’s take on women tying up other women.

If you’ve read through our guide to the best adult games on Steam, then you’re most likely familiar with Ladykiller. The game stars players as the Beast, a toppy queer girl posing as her twin brother on his senior class’ farewell cruise. Of course, this isn’t your average, everyday senior class cruise: The trip is filled with beautiful women, many of whom are longing for the Beast. In particular, players can revisit two characters: The Beauty and The Stalker. The Beauty has her way with the Beast, tying her up, punishing her, and acting as dominant as she can get away with. The Stalker, on the other hand, has an enormous crush on the Beast’s brother, leading the two women to have slow, sensual, but incredibly kinky sex.

While queer kink games are rare in their own right, Ladykiller in a Bind makes for some ridiculously hot domme-submissive action for any woman interested in sharing their BDSM adventures with another sapphic lady. Whether you’re a top, bottom, a switch, or you’re just unsure, there’s something for everyone with this visual novel.

Most wholesome BDSM game: A Bunny And Her Mistress

BDSM games rarely show consent, aftercare, and the people behind the kinky roles going on in the bedroom. Then again, dragons-bondage’s A Bunny And Her Mistress is a different kind of kink game. Compiled completely in Twine, this 5,000-word interactive fiction story lets the player experience a D/s session between a mistress and her sub, affectionately called “Bunny.” The game features plenty of spanking with a bit of bondage, making this an incredibly engaging experience for any BDSM fans that want to be smacked until they’re red.

Other BDSM games automatically assume the player always wants to continue having sex until the scene ends, but dragons-bondage doesn’t make that same mistake. Instead, her game lets players utter Bunny’s safe word at any time, from early on to the most extreme spanking sessions. This means the player can back out whenever they’ve had their fill or feel uncomfortable with where scenes are going. Not to mention, every ending features plenty of aftercare, complete with snuggling and mistress telling you that there’s nothing wrong with pulling out of play. It’s a completely different BDSM experience compared to the other games on this list, making it one of the most wholesome, loving, and gentle to play through too.

Best VR BDSM game: Dominatrix Simulator

Dominatrix Simulator isn’t just a solid VR game. It’s also one of the best virtual reality tours through BDSM thanks to its realistic approach to femdomming.

Developer Deviant Tech describes Dominatrix Simulator as “a kinky and immersive BDSM submissions experience” complete with both an immersive story and plenty of lessons on proper BDSM practices. Players serve as a submissive in Dominatrix Simulator, and the full game will let players choose between acting like a brat or an utterly obedient sub.

But what makes Dominatrix Simulator stands out is its realistic pose system. Using their VR devices, players must move their VR controllers and headpiece to enter various states commanded by their dommes, from kneeling before your mistress to nine different puppy play poses. The latter of which is currently in development, with all nine poses based on real-world interactions in pet play scenes.

For the time being, Dominatrix Simulator is still in development. However, there are a couple of ways to try out the game ahead of time. The opening tutorial, Dominatrix Simulator: Threshold, is available for free on both itch.io and Steam. Meanwhile, eager players that want to support the game’s development process can subscribe to Deviant Tech’s Patreon page, where patrons can try out the game’s early access builds.

Best BDSM game for mobile: BDSM Master 2

BDSM Master 2 isn’t so much a game as it is a tool for kinksters in real life. The game serves as a punishment generator, letting dominants unleash on their submissives freely and easily. It’s pretty handy, too.

In BDSM Master 2, players input their safeword, their dom and sub’s names, and create a range of custom punishments that are randomly used on a submissive. For instance, dominants can make their subs receive spankings for 15 seconds, or they can make their pet massage their feet as long as they want. From there, doms input their punishments and randomly generate them, leaving scenes up to chance and spontaneity. It’s a fun game to play both with partners or even alone on yourself, depending on the punishment. There’s even a BDSM dictionary section and a vibrator menu for stimulating your sub’s body.

BDSM Master 2 is freely available for Android devices, so head on over to the Google Play Store to pick it up. Unsurprisingly, BDSM Master 2 isn’t on the iOS App Store, given Apple’s strict rules on adult content.

Best multiplayer BDSM game: Second Life

In theory, Second Life isn’t really about getting kinky, roleplaying with your friends, and creating the avatar of your dreams to hook up with your fellow BDSM partners. But whether developer Linden Lab likes it or not, Second Life has become an amazing game for kinksters over the years. Sixteen years after the game’s launch, there’s just so much content available for D/s players, not to mention a plethora of BDSM communities.

If you ask a Second Life player whether the MMO program is really a “game,” chances are they’ll tell you it’s not. There’s truth to that. Second Life is much more like a 3D social network, one where players can create their own avatars, visit strange worlds, or just chat with new friends in club spaces dedicated to niché interests. This, of course, includes BDSM-based hangout sessions.

Players that join a BDSM club can meet other kinksters online, find matches for D/s play, and roleplay with one another to their hearts’ content. There’s even a special third-party program, Restrained Love Viewer, that lets dominants restrict their subs’ abilities during scenes. Imagine being forced to stay in place, refrain from contacting others, or otherwise doing whatever your dominant wills. It’s pretty hot, to say the least.

Granted, Second Life isn’t quite as popular as it once was. But its enormous backlog of user content combined with its established communities makes the platform an excellent space to explore your kinky side.
