The IEM Katowice 2019 CS:GO Major is back after a multi-year absence from the ESL, and it’s bringing the best CS:GO players together to duke it out for $1 million in prize pool money. Here’s how to watch the IEM Katowice CS:GO Major online without any hassle.
How to watch to IEM Katowice 2019 CS:GO Major
First things first. This year’s CS:GO Major will be split up into three different stages, each of which is hosted at a different location. There’s the New Challengers, the New Legends, and New Champions blocks, and the tournament will wrap up at the end of the three-week period with just one team walking away as the champion.
For those of you who really want to watch in-person, you can still buy Legends Stage and Single Day Premium passes at the ESL Gaming Network’s page. The downside is everything else is sold out, and you’re still paying a pretty penny for a less-than-ideal package.

When does IEM Katowice 2019 CS:GO Major start?
The 2019 Major starts off with the New Challengers stage on Feb. 13 and runs through Feb. 17. It includes CS:GO names like Fnatic, Cloud9, and ENCE. Sixteen teams in total will compete, and the top eight teams will go onto the New Legends stage.
The New Legends stage will then take place from Feb. 20-24. The top eight teams from the FACEIT Major: London 2018 competition will face the eight champion teams from the Challengers stage.
Finally, the New Champions stage will go from Feb. 28-March 3 and will feature the top eight teams from the New Legends stage.
The New Challengers and Legends stages will see the return of the Swiss format, meaning it’s best-of-three. The Champions stage will be best-of-three, with a single-elimination bracket.
