Admit it, you’d watch an MMA fight between Michael Avenatti and Donald Trump Jr.

What's going on?

Michael Avenatti, the lawyer representing adult film actress Stormy Daniels, has proposed a charity mixed martial arts fight between him and Donald Trump Jr.

Yes, really.

Avenatti reportedly made the offer—a three-round mixed-martial arts fight—when speaking with NBC News and MSNBC reporter Dylan Byers.

“I’m having lunch with Michael Avenatti @MichaelAvenatti at the Vanity Fair Summit and he’s proposing a three-round mixed-martial arts fight with Donald Trump Jr. @DonaldJTrumpJr for charity. No joke,” Byers wrote on Tuesday.

In response, Avenatti—who has been the target of Trump Jr.’s father, President Donald Trump, on numerous occasions—said his proceeds from the fight would go to “rebuilding Puerto Rico” and the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN).

“This would be for two great causes. I’m in,” the lawyer wrote in a series of tweets. “My portion of the proceeds from the fight will be split 50% to rebuilding Puerto Rico and 50% to @RAINN. Just waiting on Bif to confirm. #Basta.”

Daniels’ lawyer also said he’d prefer if there was not any headgear worn during the fight.

Trump Jr. has not responded to the offer on Twitter, but earlier this week he did joke about Avenatti and former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) running for president together in 2020.

“Who else is excited about Avanetti/Weiner 2020?!? It’s gonna be Carlos Dangerous,” the president’s son wrote.

The tweet from the president’s son was, of course, responded to.

“Bif: If I were you, the last thing I would be doing is referencing other people getting out of federal prison. Because after you are indicted, you will likely be passing them on your way in. BTW, they don’t have silver spoons or gold toilets in the joint. Buckle up Buttercup,” Avenatti wrote.

This isn’t the first time the idea of fisticuffs has been proposed toward the Trump family.

Earlier this year, the president said former Vice President Joe Biden would “go down fast and hard, crying all the way” after the rumored 2020 Democratic presidential candidate said he would have “beat the hell” out of the president in high school because of comments he’s made in the past about sexually assaulting women.

The hypothetical charity fight between Avenatti and Trump Jr. did catch the attention of people online.
