In YouTube Right Now, the Daily Dot looks at videos that catch our eyes, push our buttons, and move our dials—and that you’ve just got to watch. Right now!

Tupac Shakur’s appearance at Coachella may have been little more than smoke and mirrors, yet the late rapper’s widely discussed on-stage stint has resonated in a galaxy far, far away.

YouTuber Sethward Pilton Monroe Allison III spliced some of Shakur’s performance into a scene from Star Wars, where R2-D2 projects a hologram of Princess Leia. The mashup may have been inspired by a similar image created by The Frogman.

“R2-D2’s Other Message” was picked up by Reddit, where it reached the top 10 posts in the site’s r/videos section Wednesday. Most redditors who commented loved the clip.

“This was absolutely brilliant,” wrote NRB. Meanwhile, 8bit_porno_plumber offered a casting suggestion for a hypothetical hip-hop Star Wars flick: “Biggie Smalls as Jabba the Hutt.”

Perhaps the best part of the video is towards the beginning, where a puzzled Luke Skywalker inquires, “What’s this?” Shakur replies in inimitable style.

In tribute to the video, we’ve come up with a few Star Wars-inspired tunes Shakur might have appreciated.

  • “I Ain’t Mad at Chewie”
  • “Greedo Gospel”
  • “I Wonder If Hoth Got a Ghetto”
  • “Sithdalouz”
  • “If My Han Call”
  • “Who Do Yoda Believe In?”
