Todrick Hall will return to Broadway in some iconic boots.
The YouTuber will take on the role of Lola in the Tony Award-winning Kinky Boots starting in November, and announced the move with a clip showing him strutting his stuff through New York City before putting on Lola’s face.
Hall has performed on Broadway before, in 2005 with The Color Purple, and then in Memphis six years ago. Off the stage, Hall has built a YouTube fanbase of 2.2 million subscribers for his musical clips, starred in a MTV docu-reality show about making those clips, and toured with his dance troupe.
