Former star of MTV’s Teen Mom and reality icon Farrah Abraham tweeted photos of recent, botched plastic surgery that landed her in the hospital Tuesday morning.

The reality TV star is notorious for a series of public meltdowns on shows like VH1’s Couples Therapy, Dr. Phil, and of course for a highly circulated sex tape. Abraham is also an author, musician, and dabbles in the sex toys market. She’s also stirred recent tabloid headlines for an alleged affair with a married man.
Abraham has been acutely transparent about her history with plastic surgery—most recently getting collagen injections in 2013, and a $21,000 chin implant in 2012.
