Following a week in which President-elect Donald Trump made a slew of controversial Cabinet picks—including an oil company CEO with Russian ties as the secretary of state and the Goldman Sachs president as his top economic adviserSaturday Night Live focused the beginning of its cold open on Scott Pruitt, the Oklahoma attorney general who doesn’t believe in climate change but who nonetheless was tapped to lead the Environmental Protection Agency.

“Actually,” said Trump senior adviser Kellyanne Conway, played by Kate McKinnon, “Scott Pruitt is excited for the job and is ready to protect us all from the environment.”

“I’m not sure that’s how it works,” responded CNN’s Jake Tapper, played by Beck Bennett.

From there, SNL was off and running, describing Trump’s Cabinet picks as “not bad” but as “alt-good.” Take a look, and beware the surprising cameo when Tapper reveals who Trump wants to head the Drug Enforcement Agency.
