Apparently there are people who did not like Lady Gaga‘s Sunday night performance, and Pink is not having it.
On Monday, the singer posted a note to Instagram, stating, “Let’s squash this before it even has a chance to be a thing.” She’s likely referring to the comparisons people made on Twitter between Gaga’s aerial performance and the ones she’s done in the past, but Pink went on to praise Gaga for having the “guts” to even get up there.
She also urged people to stop getting distracted by stuff like this and refocus on the “real controversy”:
