Here at the Daily Dot, we swap GIF images with each other every morning. Now we’re looping you in. In the Morning GIF, we feature a popular—or just plain cool—GIF we found on Reddit, Canvas, or elsewhere on the Internet.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is widely rumored to have Asperger’s Syndrome, an autism-spectrum disorder characterized by intense focus, repetitive behavior, and clumsiness.

In fact, a recent Gawker article went so far as to diagnosis him, based on his characteristics and interactions with associates. But it’s the article’s accompany GIF, created by art director Jim Cooke, that caught our attention.

What appears to be a still photo of Zuckerburg’s cold stare eventually and unexpectedly comes to life. He blinks. It’s easy to miss, but the anticipation is what makes it so ingenious—and slightly jarring.
