Jimmy Kimmel tweets at Trump during Oscars—with a special message from Meryl Streep

In a night where the President Trump hits kept on coming, Oscar host Jimmy Kimmel took to POTUS’ beloved medium and sent him a tweet.

He first asked:

Hey @realDonaldTrump u up?

But then he sent along a message from acclaimed actor Meryl Streep, who’s feuded with 45.

Kimmel had already involved Streep in the show, playfully deriding her in Trump-inspired fashion, as earlier this year he claimed that the acclaimed actor was “overrated.”

In past years, Trump has dismissed the Oscars via Twitter.
