President Donald Trump is getting a Trumpian welcome from the Netherlands in a language that he can understand.
On the Dutch satirical show Zondag Met Lubach (“Sunday With Lubach”), host Arjen Lubach wanted to start off his relationship with the Netherlands on a positive note, so he helped create a video to introduce him to the small country and convince him to make it second to America. And the Netherlands has many things that might appeal to Trump: It has its own “Towers,” it built an ocean to separate it from Mexico, and he’d probably be a fan of the December holiday Zwarte Piet. Plus the Netherlands has a tiny theme park to make anyone feel “bigly.”
It’s gonna be great.
