Roger’s parents were glad to hear from their son, who was on a trip around the world. But this was no ordinary Skype call.
While video-chatting with mom and dad, Roger casually said, “OK, I’m going to jump out of an aeroplane now”—a far cry from the usual “oh, be right back, I gotta pee” or “one second, need to let the dog out.”
When Roger then plummets into the clear blue sky, his mom understandably gasps, and his dad utters “Fuck off!” Surprise: Roger was not, as you suspected, riding the bus.
Of course, Roger’s mom had to document the moment by taking pics on her own tablet. Gotta love that dad is pointing out the ridiculousness of his son taking a selfie at 14,000 feet.
