Dogs can be more than just a man’s best friend. They can be a man’s best workout partner.

We’re not sure the story behind this Imgur album, but it appears to be the next great fitness trend, like a canine version of Crossfit.

In it, a man uses his pooch as a form of weight resistance, working out his core through a series of pulls and bouts of tug-of-war. If it doesn’t inspire you to get up and start moving, I don’t know what will.
