Tesla is making family vacations to the ski resort much cooler. The company unveiled the Tesla Model X on Tuesday, the company’s much-anticipated luxury electric SUV.

The “falcon wing” doors open with just a foot of clearance on either side to avoid dings and you can fit seven adults comfortably, or use all that extra space to store your gear. The Model X can drive 250 miles on a single charge and can tow as much as 5,000 pounds.

The SUV goes from zero to 60 miles per hour in 3.2 seconds with the “Ludicrous Speed” upgrade on the performance model. That acceleration speed is the same as a Lamborghini Gallardo. (Yes, it’s really called “Ludicrous Speed,” and the performance model upgrade will cost you $10,000.)

Additionally, Tesla included an air filtration system unlike those you’ll find on other cars. It eliminates pollen, bacteria, viruses and pollution before air is blasted into the cabin. It also has something called the “bioweapon defense mode,” that the company says protects passengers in the vehicle by creating positive pressure inside the Model X.

Drivers who want to get their hands on Tesla’s latest creation of electric luxury with a starting price is $132,000 have to wait quite a while. Vehicles ordered today don’t be delivered for up to 12 months.
