A 2011 article about hacking on the Guardian was found to be infected with potent malware that can evade detection and jump onto a victim’s computer.
The article is titled “Cybercrime: is it out of control?”

The answer to the headline might be a simple “yes.”
The malware silently redirects a victim’s connection, attempts to exploit popular vulnerabilities and defeat anti-virus software with the ultimate goal of co-opting the target’s machine.
The malware, known as the Angler Exploit Kit, rose 75 percent in activity this year, according to a recent study.
The Guardian says they’re aware of the problem and are trying to fix it now.
Until then, be cautious wherever irony can be used as a weapon.
