Thousands of soccer fans lined up on Broadway in New York City to celebrate the U.S. women’s national soccer team after its record third World Cup win last week.

Ticker tape fell from the buildings surrounding New York’s Canyon of Heroes in the first ever parade held here for a women’s sports team.
