The holidays can be stressful for everyone, but most of us manage to hold it together.

Not so for one UPS driver, who went postal on some of the boxes at an Oahu, Hawaii, delivery center.

Cellphone footage shot on Wednesday around lunchtime, according to the anonymous videographer, captured the unnamed UPS driver trying to remove the various packages from the truck by kicking or carelessly throwing them to the ground.

While the video is too far away to determine how many packages contained fragile items, you can hear someone shout, “Oh, broken!” as the driver kicked some of the boxes to the ground. It’s an effective way to move the boxes out of the truck, but definitely not a good one.

Sure, you might laugh—but that’s probably because those aren’t your Christmas presents he’s chucking.

When UPS found out, it took swift action.

“This is not how we train our drivers,” UPS said in a statement to KHON. “UPS emphasizes delivery care and safety for placement of packages in vehicles and handling, despite a busy day and increased volume at this time of year. We identified the driver, took corrective action and have been engaged with the customer at this delivery location.”

So, the next time a delivery person rings your doorbell, remember to thank him for holding it together.
