Aside from being white and problematic in their own respective fields, 2008 vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin and rapper Iggy Azalea have something else in common: dropping extremely trash bars.
Palin was in Ames, Iowa, this past Tuesday to officially voice her support for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, and, well, part of her declaration came across with some unexpected flow.

“How ’bout the rest of us? Right wingin’, bitter clingin’, proud clingers of our guns, our god, and our religions, and our Constitution,” Palin said during the event. “Tell us that we’re not red enough? Yeah, coming from the establishment. Right.”
It’s a passionate freestyle that immediately loses its luster when it gets to “our god and our religions.” So it’s only fitting that the Internet mashed the audio of this clip with another one of Iggy “rapping.”

But in all seriousness, how is this one faux-rap from Palin better than Azalea’s entire catalog? Maybe Palin should become a ghostwriter.
