Here at the Daily Dot, we swap GIF images with each other every morning. Now we’re looping you in. In the Morning GIF, we feature a popular—or just plain cool—GIF we found on Reddit, Canvas, or elsewhere on the Internet.

Today’s GIF set makes for strange bedfellows indeed! Oh, I’m not talking about putting Bin Laden with Hitler, or either of them with Charles Manson; I’m talking about putting villains from the Marvel universe(s) into a team with villains from the venerable DC comic book empire. In some circles, dear reader, this is heresy!

Nonetheless, we can all agree that this is an assortment of true infamy the likes of which the Earth has never known. Wait, but it has! In a fiendishly inspired turn, Brazilian artist Butcher Billy portrays these evildoers of the real world as ’80s style comic book bad guys.

As the artist says on Behance, “The depressing thing? Realising that if the comic book supervillains were actually the ones threatening real life, the world wouldn’t be such a bad place.”

Here they are! As the CIA says, gotta catch ’em all!
