Sometimes we all need a reminder to read the instructions.

A U.K.-based woman named Abi Shenton apparently misused a bath product from beauty company Lush, and turned herself pink for three days. The product, called Razzle Dazzle, is an oil that’s supposed to be diluted in water, but somewhere between purchase and use, that got lost.

Earlier this week, Shenton tweeted at Lush with a “quick question”:

Shenton doesn’t look that panicked, and Lush responded as best they could:

Shenton got in touch with Pretty 52 and explained that she discovered the product is “not a bath bomb!”

The correct procedure is that you are supposed to dilute it into water but I thought it was a soap and rubbed it all over my body and face (explains why my hair is dry) 3 days + several baths later I am no longer pink! I misused this product! I love LUSH and will still continue to shop there. It’s just a shame that I wasn’t told how to correctly use the product when purchasing! A very helpful friend of mine works at Lush and helped me remove all the pink stain with lemon juice, olive oil + a gritty face wash!

However, it seems Shenton is not the only person who’s had a run-in with the product.
