Get ready to rue every barbecue you’ve ever hosted. The steak-cutting game just got real.

You may know how to cook the stuff, but leave it to meat-obsessed Brazil to perfect the art of serving a perfectly juicy slab. The secret, it turns out, is to use two giant knives in tandem.
