As a dog owner, there are very few things better than watching your pet lose his or her mind over simple items. I’ve often thought to myself that I’ll never be as happy as my dog is whenever he gets ahold of an empty plastic water bottle.
The video below is basically the farm animal version of the aforementioned sentiment. In the short clip, uploaded to Youtube by Mary Ann Johnstone, we see two Nubian dairy goats quite literally flip out over a yoga ball.
A word to the wise, unless you have some intermediate Vinyasa classes under your belt, don’t try any of the poses seen above.
