It’s hard to shop for groceries, get a bite to eat, or even grab a beer these days without encountering the phrase “gluten free.” The rejection of wheat has given rise, no pun intended, to a cultural movement that caters to the gluten intolerant by offering everything from special toothpastes to specialized dating sites

But just when you think you’ve seen it all in the gluten-free trend comes the Gluten Free Museum. Step inside and marvel at this genius Tumblr that takes gluten free to the extreme by removing all bread, wheat, pasta, and grain from renowned works of art

From erasing wheat from ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics to cropping out that famous plate of pasta from Lady and the Tramp, this photoshop wizard has spent countless hours editing images to make sure that the gluten free can marvel at art just like the rest of us.
