GIF Dance Party is the most Friday thing on the Internet

Here at the Daily Dot, we swap GIF images with each other every morning. Now we’re looping you in. In the Morning GIF, we feature a popular—or just plain cool—GIF we found on Reddit, Tumblr, or elsewhere on the Internet.

How many dancing GIFs can fill a digital dance floor before the fire marshal is called?

By that, I mean until the processor of my 5-year-old Lenovo laptop can't take it anymore. Apparently the magic number is 35.

This dance party is courtesy of Fuzzy Wobble, a student project for the Humor and Code class at New York's Parsons School of Design & Technology.

The browser-powered application allows you to set and resize 16 different dancing GIFs, including fat Spider-Man, the prancersise woman, and an pixelated Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air on five different dance floors. You can also select what tune you'd like your GIFs to boogie down to.

Here's what a full dance floor looked like. How many GIFs can you pack in?
