You might think your cable company is bad. Heck, you might even dislike your cable company a whole lot. But Saturday Night Live’s Colin Jost ratcheted things up to a new level on Wednesday night, going on a two-hour Twitter rampage about Time Warner Cable. It all started with this small diss:

According to Jost, his service had not worked for four months. Prior to last night’s events, he already dealt with 25 different customer service representatives and had at least four different technicians come out to his apartment. Classic New York City nightmare.

Eventually Time Warner got back to Jost, and that’s when he really tore into the account.

Jost’s rant quickly made his name trend in New York, and before long other people were chiming in to share their own TWC horror stories:

This is actually a strange blunder by Time Warner. It’s been observed before that companies prioritize help on social media based on the amount of social influence those customers have. One would think that when Jost, who is verified on Twitter with over 94,000 followers, tweets at a company like Time Warner, it would be quick to respond.

Still no word on whether or not Jost got his cable fixed.
