For the sixth year in a row, Texas high school teacher Kelli Hauzer has made a motivational video to get her students ready to take the State of Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness (STAAR) test. This year, she decided to get funky.

To get her students in the test-taking spirit, Hauzer got her fellow teachers together to create a parody of Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’s “Uptown Funk.” Don’t believe me? Just watch:

Did we mention that this video is a shot-for-shot remake of the original “Uptown Funk” music video?

Check out Hauzer’s (“Lady Hauza” for the purposes of this video) entertaining parody, as well as the real-time, shot-for-shot comparison to the original music video.

This is a little number called “STAAR Test Funk.”
