Ronda Rousey loves her body, isn’t a ‘do-nothing b***h’

Ronda Rousey, the UFC women’s bantamweight champion, doesn’t give a damn what you think about her body.

“Just because my body was developed for a purpose other than fucking millionaires doesn’t mean it’s masculine,” Rousey said in an interview for UFC’s Embedded. “I think it’s femininely badass as fuck because there’s not a single muscle on my body that isn’t for a purpose; because I’m not a ‘do-nothing bitch,’” a term Rousey uses for a woman “who just tries to be pretty and be taken care of by somebody else.”

When you look at her record, Rousey certainly proves that all of her muscles do not make for an idle career.

The mixed martial artist is 11-0, and 5-0 since joining UFC, and has developed a much-deserved reputation for being a total badass. Nine of those fights ended in under two minutes. Only one went past the first round. Her last three fights ended in little more than 90 seconds—combined.

Rousey is in Brazil to fight Bethe Correia at UFC 190 on Saturday.

She’s risen to prominence in the past year, not just in the octagon, but on the big (and small) screen. Many may remember Rousey from her Hollywood breakout in Furious 7 in an elaborate evening gown fight sequence with Michelle Rodriguez. She’s also made WWE appearances alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and took all comers in the most recent Expendables

Saturday’s bout will not be staged, however, and Rousey promises to make this one last longer than the previous fights, if only to make her opponent suffer more.
