After Massachusetts police were led on a high-speed chase that wound through several towns before ending in a different state, a helicopter news camera captured officers punching the suspect as he was trying to surrender.
And now the officers involved are under investigation to determine if they used too much force while arresting the man.
According to CBS Boston, Holden, Massachusetts officers attempted to stop the truck of 50-year-old Richard Simone, but instead, he led them on an hour-long chase that reportedly reached speeds of up to 90 mph and ended in Nashua, New Hampshire.

It appeared that Simone—who police said was wanted on several arrest warrants prior to this incident—had dropped to his knees to surrender when at least three officers got physical with him.
Not long after, the Massachusetts State Police said it would investigate the arrest.

Simone, meanwhile, will face more charges related to the high speed chase, police said. According to police, he was taken to the hospital after the arrest but was found to have no injuries.
