Eleanor Roosevelt, the author, politician, former First Lady and civil rights activist was born today. 

Roosevelt, who helped write the United Nation's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, was a huge advocate of her husband's New Deal agenda, a series of economic programs put in place after the Great Depression.  

In fact, if Eleanor Roosevelt were alive today, she might even be down with Occupy Wall Street.  Check her out and decide for yourself.

Congratulations, gamer girls—you're officially at the top of the food chain when it comes to games. A new study released by the Entertainment Software Association has revealed that adult women now occupy the largest demographic in the gaming industry. Women over 18 made up a whopping 36 percent of the gaming population, followed by adult men at 35 percent.
