Everyone is used to seeing images of celebrities lashing out at pushy paparazzi. On the other hand, many also understand that some paparazzo will rile up their subjects in order to get that reaction. According to Chrissy Teigen, one photographer recently attempted to do this by spewing racism.

Teigen wrote on Twitter that the photographer initially asked her questions about cooking, but then asked, “If humans evolved from monkeys, why is John Legend [Teigen’s husband] still around?” and “If a Jew were a vampire, would he still be afraid of crosses?” Teigen also says Legend was next to her the whole time.
Teigen says she didn’t react because she didn’t want to risk a lawsuit. But keep this in mind the next time you see a photo gallery of a celebrity “acting out.”
