An honest, intimate discussion led to public shaming.

The wrath of the internet is coming down on Amber Rose  yet again.

That message came on the heels of a tweet-storm directed at Rose following the release of her new podcast on Thursday. The podcast, Loveline with Amber Rose, features Rose in conversation with sex therapist Dr. Chris Donaghue. In the premiere episode, entitled “Threesomes????” Rose discusses recently having her first threesome, which was decidedly unfulfilling.

The discussion of the threesome is recorded in Rose’s bedroom on her bed, and it’s quite frank and intimate, starting at the 6:45 mark. Rose explains that it occurred between herself and two friends whom she trusts. She offers an honest look at the misgivings we can feel after a sexual adventure. Rose reflects that, although she really wanted to have the threesome to “try new things,” she was left very disappointed by the experience and struggled with anxiety after.

“I am the queen of not giving a fuck, but I’m also very human,” Rose concludes.

At 13:03, after lamenting the less-than-glorious experience, Rose jokingly says, “Maybe I’ll just call my baby daddy over tonight, get a little something,” while laughing.

Rose’s baby daddy caught wind of the conversation and was not pleased. He took to Twitter to share his sentiments.

And other Twitter users were quick to jump in.

Many took the opportunity to call Rose a “hoe.”

Some insulted her appearance, earning hundreds of RTs and likes.

Others said her activities weren’t “age appropriate.”

Some added that those who support Rose are “hoes.”

There were also those who defended Rose and urged the haters to respect her privacy.

But others blamed her for “putting her business out there,” implying that she deserved the abuse.

Perhaps most upsetting are the tweets that attacked her parenting.

Some even joked that Rose’s son would become a target for insult due to her behavior.

Oddly, considering his dismissive remarks, Khalifa also appeared in a good morning video Rose posted to Snapchat on Friday.

The video, which can be seen on TMZ, depicts Rose and her son in bed with Khalifa in what looks like an amicable family moment.

Khalifa later tweeted that he was “bummed” about how events had unfolded.

He referenced the Snapchat video, seeming to allude that the rapport between himself and Rose was undamaged.

He further apologized if women were offended by his comments.

He also deleted a tweet, visible in this screenshot, where he defended his outrage at the comments.

The apologetic tweets earned many likes and RTs, but, as some were quick to point out, Khalifa could have handled the situation more delicately.

If Khalifa didn’t want to shame Rose, why not broach the subject privately?

And, as this user points out, the attacks certainly feel misogynistic in nature.

Certainly, Rose is no stranger to controversy.

She organized a “slut walk” in Los Angeles last October in response to the targeted slut-shaming she experienced when ex-boyfriend Kanye West tweeted about the showers he needed to take to feel clean following their relationship.

She also appeared in this hilarious Funny or Die video that imagines a world where morning after walks are shame free.

While the internet is eager to debate Rose’s merits and flaws, Rose appears to already have a very strong grasp on who she is.

In the intro to the Loveline podcast she describes herself as a “neo-feminist, entrepreneur, and talk show host,” and promises an honest discussion of “sex, relationships and self-confidence. Everything from sexual curiosity to self-empowerment.”

Keep walking, Amber. We’ve got your back.
