Zachary Quinto visited Conan to promote The Slap on Tuesday night, and he took some time to pay tribute to Leonard Nimoy.
The two actors became friends when Quinto took on the role of Spock in the Star Trek reboot movie. Like many friends and fans, he remembers Nimoy as an icon and a role model, saying, “He lived a beautiful life.” Conan shares his attitude, describing the first time he met Nimoy when recording an episode of The Simpsons. As you might expect, Conan acted like a star-struck fanboy.
Don’t worry, Conan. We’re sure Nimoy was used to it.
