What’s cuter: A bunny in a uniform, or a real-life version of a Disney character?
It’s OK if you can’t choose, because Miss Bunz is both. She’s a perfect lookalike for Lt. Judy Hopps from “Zootopia”—so much so that the film’s director, Byron Howard, actually tweeted about her, and the followers started flocking in. Insta-fame!

Miss Bunz once had a very different life. Her owner, Nancy Chen, tells the Daily Dot that she found Miss Bunz in a local shelter in 2012 when she was just three years old.
“Miss Bunz was surrendered to the shelter when her previous family moved away,” Chen said. “She spent the first three years of her life cooped up in a cage with another bunny, who passed away while they were waiting at the shelter to be adopted.”
Today she lives free-range at home with Chen, blissfully enjoying life in her new profession as a police bun. While Miss Bunz has no official police powers, she does have an important job. Chen says Miss Bunz is helping to raise rabbit awareness so other bunnies can have better lives.
“Many people do not realize that rabbits are intelligent, social animals,” Chen says. “Using Miss Bunz’s life and experiences, I hope to show that bunnies are wonderful companions. “
No offense to Judy, but she’s sort of ripping off Miss Bunz’ style. She has a great attitude though, so we’ll let it slide. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, after all.
