Make up artist Emily Anderson does such a good job of transforming herself into monsters and scenes from pop culture that you might have to look twice to confirm that there really is a person behind it all.

The talented artist has experience in makeup and special effects work and doesn’t just use her face when she creates mesmerizing designs. Her neck and even her collar bone are part of the canvas that completely turns her into her creation.

Sometimes Anderson’s work focuses on one character, like Gizmo from Gremlins or a Velociraptor from Jurassic World, but sometimes she creates scenes from movies like Disney’s Jungle Book or The Lion King that include multiple characters as well as scenery.
