The trailer for the second Attack on Titan movie looks metal as hell, although it might not be the most accurate adaptation of the manga.

The first of the two live-action Attack on Titan adaptations was released earlier this year, to not-so-great reviews. The second, subtitled “End of the World,” looks like it may well be more of the same—which isn’t a huge surprise, because the two movies were filmed back-to-back.

Continuing on from the apocalyptic horror of the first movie, this trailer amps up the tension with more explosive appearances from monstrous titans, along with the revelation of Eren’s gruesome, mysterious powers. However, with this many changes to the original story—including the replacement of several key characters—it’s still difficult to tell what the actual plot will be like.
