YouTube is searching for the next generation of talent in 2016, opening applications to its successful NextUp creator camp.

While YouTubers have become successful in making their careers on video channels, there’s a new class of creators who are looking for a leg up in the competitive world of brand deals, digital production, and content creation. YouTube aims to support those creators with its NextUp program, which has graduated successful channels like AVByte and Marcus Butler.

To be eligible for the program, entrants must have a channel with at least 10,000 subscribers, but no more than 100,000 subscribers. They must be monetized, have posted at least three videos in the last 90 days, and be in good standing (no active copyright strikes). Applicants must answer essay questions and submit a video that’s emblematic of their channel.

NextUp applications are open for the London, Los Angeles, and New York YouTube Spaces, with events happening in April. In addition to attending the creator camp, winners receive a $2,500 voucher toward equipment and three months of ongoing support from YouTube’s Content Partnership team.
