There’s been no escaping LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem” over the last year. The song has been everywhere, birthing a meme, a lip syncing video Keenan Cahill, and the most bizarre commercial imaginable.
Barely a day goes by when there isn’t a new take on it. The latest adaptation to make the rounds on the Web is by YouTuber LiteralMSPaint, who takes popular songs and creates videos for them by representing the lyrics through the magic of graphics creation program Paint.
The channel has previously tackled Far East Movement’s “Like a G6” and Chris Brown’s “Look At Me Now.” The former took around a week to create, and the latter “a bit longer.”
However long it took for the latest video, it was well worth the effort.
This is a mini-masterpiece, with a ton of blink-and-you’ll-miss-’em jokes, like a stick figure wearing a Viking helmet on “Thorsday” and the list of ingredients to prove that there is indeed no lead in LMFAO’s zeppelin.
The fact that the stick figures can evoke so much emotion with so little is a testament to the creativity and skill of its maker.
Watching the video will cost just four minutes of your time, so sit back, relax, and enjoy as stick figures literally lose their minds, shake that, and spend every day shuffling.
