Move over Uggie, there’s another dog that might join you in theaters.
The YouTube video “Ultimate Dog Tease,” shows a dog “talking” as a man (off-screen) tempts the Shepard mix with food. And it could be turned into a movie, reports Variety.
Paramount Pictures is in talks with Seinfeld writers, Alec Berg and David Mandel, to turn the minute-long movie into a feature-length film. The video has gotten nearly 95 million views since its release in May 2011.
The clip was produced by Andrew Grantham who has created a loyal following with his talking animal videos on his YouTube channel. His channel boasts more than 560,000 subscribers.
Although moderately funny, stretching a short clip into full length movie will certainly pose as a challenge for the movie’s writers.
