Gnawing right into the Halloween season, the first trailer for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies has finally been released.
The classic Jane Austen novel found a modern hook in the hyperbranded zombie genre, and Seth Grahame-Smith combined the two in his 2009 novel of the same name. Lily James (Downton Abbey) and Lena Headey (Game of Thrones) star in the film adaptation, directed and written by Burr Steers (Igby Goes Down), and the trailer shows the Bennet sisters mowing down an army of the well-bred but undead.
The film is scheduled to be released in February 2016.
