Are you cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the first time this year—or are you just in need of a new recipe? Don’t worry, YouTube’s got your back.

Video tutorials are one of YouTube’s not-so-best-kept secrets, and its Thanksgiving selection is helpful as well as massive.

peterskuse’s tutorial video, titled “The Best Roast Turkey Recipe For Thanksgiving & Christmas - Moist & Juicy!” is one of the most popular Turkey videos, with just over 200,000 views. At just under 10 minutes long, Peter also provides a stuffing recipe.

If you’re not in the mood to be taught by a soothing British man (because, what do the British know about Thanksgiving, anyway), there are plenty of others.

John from Foodwishes.com  breaks down his cooking process into two chunks of 4 minutes, and the first—focusing on basic turkey preparation—has collected 400,000 views in three years. (The second part focuses on gravy.)  

Camp Chef shows off a handy Turkey cooking implement in her video, while cookingfordads goes through the process in humorous fashion.

If you’re in the mood for some science, Household Hacker offers a way to cook your turkey with just a lamp and DVD-Rs.

Want to know how to make stuffing? Martha Stewart breaks down her cornbread stuffing recipe in less than four minutes.

If you’re more interesting in a younger, independent cook’s version, Hilah Cooking recently added Thanksgiving  tutorials to her channel including one for cranberry sauce, and Bourbon Pecan Pie. Check out her grandmother’s version of cornbread stuffing.

Celebrity chef Craig Weisman also offers a simple and popular stuffing recipe.

Moving onto mashed potatoes, ChefTips offers an easy garlic mashed potato recipe.

Cooking site CHOW has a bunch of content on YouTube, including “You're Doing It All Wrong: How to Make Mashed Potatoes.” Chances are, you really are cooking them wrong.

If you’re into sweet potatoes, Rachael Ray’s recipe is worthy checking out, as is Wegmans Food Markets’.
