Jimmy Fallon is taking to YouTube and wants to mingle with you.

The NBC late-night talker is hosting a live question-and-answer session Friday at 8 pm Eastern Time for a special program, called “YouTube Presents: Jimmy Fallon – Live from Studio 6B.” The event will stream on YouTube’s homepage.

Fallon is looking for questions from fans on Twitter using the hashtag #AskJimmy for the Friday night show and will also sing a few songs from his new album, Blow Your Pants Off. The album covers has a bare butt on it, and Fallon joked he might reveal whose it is.

“There’s a rumor that it might be my butt, uh, Paula Deen’s butt, might be ?uestlove’s butt,” Fallon said. “We’re not sure.”

Since the announcement on Friday night’s show, tweets have been scant. Only seven tweets have used the special hashtag, according to social analytics tool, Topsy.

Fallon is the most interactive late-night host to grace social media outlets. He regularly uses hashtags from Twitter to read viewer jokes, actively updates his YouTube channel with exclusive content, and has an awesome Tumblr.

The last time Fallon hosted a Web-only special was when he interviewed Madonna on Facebook in March. We doubt that the bare butt on the album cover is hers, but on Friday’s show, we’ll see what happens.
