Donnetta Whitney’s customers aren’t the nicest people.

Why else would her best-selling item be soap shaped like a lump of coal?

In Whitney’s soap shop, So Stinking Sweet, she sells novelty bath products shaped like snowballs, reindeer poo and yes, lumps of coal.

“I love when the holidays roll around so I can bring out my “You’ve Been Naughty” lump of coal soap,” Whitney told the Daily Dot in an email. “There must have been lots of naughty people this year because its my number one seller.”

The Cleveland, New York seller makes all of her items at home. She said she loves being around her family during the holidays.

“The best parts about running an Etsy store during the season? The Christmas music playing, the hustle and bustle of activity in my soap kitchen and my shop. My daughter wrapping soap and restocking while I’m making and shipping orders,” she said.

Shaped like candy or coal and made out of goats milk or sugar scrub, Whitney said she hopes her products bring joy to buyers, whether they’re naughty or nice.

“It’s such a great feeling that I am making something that people want and are finding enjoyment in,” she said.
