Netflix CEO Reed Hastings introduces a new service that was once part of the old service -- and apologizes for poor communication in the past. People do not seem assuaged.

News of Netflix’s DVD by mail spin-off, Qwikster, has taken Twitter by storm. In the last few hours, three separate trending topics, “Qwikster,” “Netflix CEO,” and “Reed Hastings,” have been mentioned more than 36,000 times combined, according to statistics from Topsy, a social media search engine.
